Each year a full playing calendar of events is organized by the Ladies' Association, which is responsible for managing and promoting all of the women's activities at Carleton Golf and Yacht Club. With multiple leagues and events, there is always something for our women members to enjoy both on and off the course.
Carleton offers three women's leagues which members can join based on their schedules and availability. These include one which runs Saturday mornings and two leagues which run on Tuesdays, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. If you want to challenge your competitive skills and play with all levels of players, you will want to consider joining our Saturday and/or Tuesday morning league. If you just want to enjoy a laid-back girls' night out, our Tuesday afternoon "Ladies' Night Just-For-Fun Golf" is just for you!
Throughout the playing season, the Ladies' Association organizes various player development initiatives for any interested women members who want to improve their competitive performance at the club or at local RCGA competitions. Participants will have an opportunity to test themselves in competition-like settings throughout the year.
What is golf without social gatherings? The Ladies' Association organizes a number of social events throughout the calendar year, most of which involve food, drinks and laughs (and we may throw a little golf in there as well). Be it our Ladies' Member-Guest or our mid-winter brunch, there is something for everyone, no matter what the season.
